How do I send artwork or a name list to you?

Ideally names should be sent in an excel doc. Names in 1 column and titles in another.
We use Adobe Illustrator CS3 so if you are sending ai. files or PDF. files make sure they are saved back to SC3.
We also accept good quality j.peg images.
If you are unsure, you can always email a mixture of files and we will choose what is most suitable.

Are there any hidden charges?

In short, No.........The prices shown are per badge including full colour logo, names and titles and a fixing of your choice,The delivery charge of £6.00 per order is the only other charge, we have no artwork charges, no set up charges and no handling charges, The prices you see are the prices you pay. We are happy to send you a quotation by email.

How long will my order take?

Once we have your artwork and name list, we will then produce an artwork visual for you to sign off.
Please make sure you proof read the artwork visual. Personalised items cannot be returned.
Your order will take around 3 days from confirmation of the artwork visual.

What are the payment options?

Card payments can be made over the phone

When will my order arrive?

Orders are despatched by DPD courier and is usually delivered next day, however this can in some circumstances take 2-3 days.
Any unforeseen delays are out of our control

Can I return unwanted badges?

All of our items are printed especially for you.  We print everything to order, so it cannot be returned to us
